KCEF Scholarship Applications Available

The Kootznoowoo Cultural & Education Foundation is now accepting applications for higher education for the 2026-2027 academic year. The deadline to submit a completed application is August 02, 2026.

To qualify, the applicant must be:

• A shareholder or the lineal descendant of a shareholder
• Alaska Native
• Enrolled full-time in a college or vocational program
• Have at least a 2.0 GPA
